"Matt and NJ Ride saved our day, no doubt. We were scheduled to land at Newark at 5 pm. However, after a 3 hour flight became an 8 hour ordeal, with rerouting, refueling, etc, we FINALLY landed and deplaned at almost 9pm. Matt stayed in touch with us the entire time, and was there to bring us home, when we exited the gate! Such a wonderful experience, and we felt very taken care of. This was my first time using a car service, and will absolutely be my go to, in the future. Only great things to say about this service.
